摘    要:基于边界元法,以电站锅炉低温过热器为模型,运用ANSYS软件建立模型,在声学分析软件SYS-NOISE中模拟计算了进行声波除灰时,模型空间内以及管壁表面声场的分布特性.通过对管阵列中的单根管进行指向性分析,找出了可能存在的除灰死角.计算结论对于声波除灰的发展及应用均具有实际意义.

Abstract:Based on the boundary element method,the low-temperature super heater of power plant boiler as a model,use of ANSYS establish the boundary element model,use of vibration-noise analysis software SYSNOISE simulation of the sound field distribution characteristics around the tubes and the tube surface;The possible dead single is obtained by analysis the directivity on single tube.The results are meaningful in practice to both the development and application of sonic soot cleaning.
