摘    要:针对900 kW、1.5 t中频感应电炉炉龄短、严重制约生产的突出问题,对各炉使用状况、出现问题的原因进行分析和总结,确定影响中频感应电炉炉龄的几个主要因素是:感应炉结构、炉衬材料、熔炼材质、生产方式以及操作方法等,并制定相应的工艺措施及操作要求,使平均炉龄由原来的30余炉提高到120多炉.

Abstract:Based on the problem of seriously affecting the production, which caused by the short serving-life of the 900 kW, 1.5 ton intermediate frequency induction electric furnace,the serving conditions and failure reasons for each furnace liner have been analyzed and summarized, and the main factors of affecting the serving life of the furnace, such as furnace structure, furnace liner material, melting material, production mode and operation methods have been concluded. The relative process measures and operation requirements have been set down, which are quite effective and improved the average furnace life from about 30 to more than 120.
