| 摘 要： | 针对卷筒材料放卷系统的张力控制问题,探讨了一个基于交流传动的速度控制规律。给出了以恒定张力控制为目的的变频器转速给定量的计算方法,介绍了材料厚度和初始半径等参数的整定与调试办法。

| Abstract: | Aiming to control the tension of roll out system,the rule of speed control based on AC driving is discussed.For the VVVF convertor demands frequency,so this paper presents the relationship between the tension and the frequency.In addition,the paper presents the methods to calculate the roll's radius and to adjust the material's thickness and the initial radius. |
