| 摘 要： | 建筑工程质量事关重大,房屋建筑工程施工质量监管显得尤为重要,但监理工程师很容易忽视监理的预控工作。针对此问题,文章紧紧围绕影响工程质量的人、机、料、法、环五个因素,阐述了监理工程师在建筑工程质量预控工作中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The quality of construction matters, especially management on building construction quality, but it is easy to overlook the prevention and control of the supervision for the supervising engineers. The article details problems of prevention and control of the supervision for the supervising en- gineers in the respects of five facts of people, machine, material, method and environment closely a- round the quality of the project affected. |
