摘    要:控制冷却是现代化板材的主导生产工艺,用于生产优质的中厚板,层流冷却控制系统的控制精度直接影响产品的性能。本文对安钢炉卷轧机的控制冷却系统进行了全面的介绍,结合实际的中厚板卷生产情况,分析推导了其空冷和水冷数学模型,采用计算机进行差分方程的求解和模型的自学习,通过现场实际应用,控制精度满足了工业生产的要求,效果明显。

Analysis of Stability of Temperature Control Model Laminar Flow Cooling System of Medium and Thick Slab

Abstract:Controlled cooling is the dominant technological process in modem plate production, and is used for production of quality plate. Control accuracy of laminar cooling control system affects performance of product directly. Controlled cooling system for steckel mill in Anyang Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. is introduced. Combining with practical production condition of plate, mathematical models of air cooling and water cooling are analyzed and derived. Differential equation is solved and self - learning of the model is performed by use of computer. Practical application in field shows that control accuracy meets the need of industrial production and control effect is obvious.
