摘    要:热泵技术是近年来倍受关注的新能源技术,针对某矿井总回风蕴含热能较大、回收利用价值高的优势,提出了利用回风源热泵技术将回风热能交换到循环水中,作为热泵系统低温热源的方案,结合矿井的实际情况和实测数据出发,进行了方案实施。经使用验证,该方案达到了节能环保的目的,年节约煤炭2 500 t,减排CO26 365 t,减排SO249 t,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益。

Abstract:People pay more attention to heat pump technology in recent years. The return air in a mine contains more heat energy and has the advantages of higher recycling value. A program is presented by using return air source heat pump technology to have the return air to exchange to the circulating water as a low-temperature heat source of heat pump. The results showed that this program achieved objectives of energy-saving, saving coal 2 500 t, emission reduction CO2 6 365 t, emission reductionSO249 t, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
