摘    要:以酒石酸为原料通过改进的酯化方法合成了酒石酸二甲酯,经苯甲醛缩合,AlLiH4还原,磺酰化,以及使用LiBr进行溴代最终制得标题化合物.

Abstract:1,3-Dioxolane-4,5-bis(bromomethyl)-2-phenyl was synthesized from its intermediates via benzaldehyde condensation,AlLiH4 reduction,sulfonylation,and bromation by LiBr.The intermediates were 2,3-dihydroxy-(2R,3R)-1,4-dimethyl ester which were synthesized via tartaric acid as raw material followed by advanced esterification.
