轴流转桨式水轮机转轮操作油系统轴套极压添加剂的研究

摘    要:随着水轮机尺寸的不断增大,转轮叶片枢轴/叶片轴套摩擦副的摩擦磨损问题日臻突出。由于无法采用常规的方法加以解决,研制开发了轴流转桨式水轮机转轮操作油系统轴套极压添加剂。对4组不同的摩擦副进行了加入添加剂前后摩擦副摩擦磨损性能对比试验。试验结果表明,加入极压添加剂后,摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能有显改善,提高了相应密封件的密封性能,且不会对水轮机操作机构的反馈参数产生不利影响。

Abstract:With Kaplan turbine dimension increase gradually, the wear of runner blade pivot/blade bearing sleeve is more serious. An extreme pressure compound has been developed. Comparative tests of various type sleeve have been made and the preliminary results of the test showed that the performances of wear and seal have been improved.
