摘    要:根据坦克车辆平衡肘体的空间力受载分析,直接采用其结构部件作为测量传感器,通过应变片布置、桥路设计和载荷标定,建立实测载荷的输入与输出关系方程,以此来获得坦克车辆行走部件在实际工作中的随机载荷-时间历程,为其肘体结构可靠性设计和全尺寸结构模拟试验提供科学依据。

Abstract:In this paper, balanced elbow axle is directly acted as load sensor, the load between Bogie wheel and balanced elbow axle is analyzed; equivalent load is figured out by coordinate changes. The relationship between the load input and the load output is experimentally investigated and the correlation is established, then the load-time history of tank walking parts is obtained, which offers scientific basis for elbow body structure reliability design and full-scale simulation test.
