摘    要:基于金属塑性加工可分为冷、热两类的观点,强调了应该从变形实质、工件质量和环境质量之材料成形加工三内涵的综合角度,对成形的本源内容进行研究。深入分析了主要由冲压和冷锻构成的冷压成形之技术特点(与热压成形对比)。根据分类概念和分类法基本原理,较系统地总结了冷压成形的本源内容及其技术构成,提出了冷压成形(包括冲压、冷锻以及它们的组合加工三大部分构成)的一种工艺知识结构体系。研究结果能为冷压成形乃至整个塑性加工改进传统工艺、研发原创新工艺和学科理论发展,为提高其CAD的技术水平以及制订其发展方略与组织方式,提供一种依据和参考。
