摘    要:设计了一种太阳能热水器电辅加热器控制器,该控制器由单片机AT89C51RC2、温度传感器LM35、A/D转换器AD7705、固态继电器等组成,采用了PWM脉宽调制技术、分段积分的PID控制算法,具有漏电保护、漏水保护、超高温保护、防干烧保护和故障自诊断等功能。

Abstract:The controller of auxiliary electricity heater for solar heater is designed in this paper. This controller is composed of the AT89C51RC2 SCM, LM35 temperature sensor, A/D converter AD7705 and solid-state relay, etc. Special techniques are adopted in the design of the controller, including pulse width modulation technique, subsection integral PID control algorithm. Many safety measures have been taken in the controller, including leaking electricity protection, leaking water protection, extra-high temperature protection, no-water heat defence protection and fault self-diagnosis, etc.
