Using International Experience for Reference in Promotion of New Town Construction in Metropolitan Cities in Our Countries--With the Conceptual Planning for New Towns in Guangzhou as an Example

By reference to the experience in new town construction at home and abroad and in association with the progress of specialurbanization of districts in metropolitan cities in our country, the paper suggests to promote timely the urban development of new towns inmetropolitan cities in our country by taking advantage of the power mechanism of the trend of economic development, effect of socialconvergence and the infrastructure construction, etc.
