超临界流体插嵌技术的研究与应用

摘    要:对国内外超临界流体插嵌技术的研究进行了综述,介绍了超临界流体插嵌技术在高聚物材料改性、缓释材料的制备、均匀共混材料的制备等方面的应用,并就这一新兴技术的发展前景作了展望。

Abstract:Supercritical fluid impregnation is a new and developing technology. Recently there has been a great deal of interest in using supercritical fluid as a solvent and/or swelling agent to aid in modifying polymer substrate, preparing some medical materials and special functional polymer composite. The study and applications of this technology were reviewed. Involved study is the competition theory of different component in ternary system during the impregnation process. Mentioned applications include modification of polymer materials, preparation of slow-released materials and polymer blends, etc. Future development and outlook of the technology was also addressed.
