| Abstract: | This paper introduces how to use the expansion joints to solve the problems of the thermal stresses in the piping system connecting the two dehydrogenation reactors and the loads to the reactors in Dalian Styrene Plant. This solution made the thermal tresses and the loads within the allowable ranges so that the design requirements were satisfied. |
