摘    要:高温低氧燃烧(HTAC)技术是20世纪90年代在燃烧领域中得到广泛重视的一项新技术,该技术具有高效节能和低污染物排放的特性。实现该技术工业应用的两个基本手段是:回收高温烟气余热;创造燃烧区低氧浓度。介绍了自蓄热式烧嘴系统的设计与研制过程。并利用该装置系统地进行了实验室的试验研究,研究结果表明:该装置系统既能高效回收烟气余热,又能大幅度降低NOx的排放,而且其结构简单、实用,具有很好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:High Temperature Air Combustion (HTAC) is a new technology developed in early nineties for the combustion of various fuels and solid combustible materials. This new combustion technology has the character of high energy saving and low NO x emission. The way,in which HTAC technology is used, is to make high efficiency heat recovery from the waste gas and low concentration of oxygen in the area of combustion. The program in which regengerative burner system had been designed and studied is briefly described. The experimental showed that the system can recover heat from the waste gas efficiently with low NO x emission.
