沙棘中黄酮类化合物的研究进展

摘    要:黄酮类化合物是一类具有重要生物活性的物质.是沙棘及其制品中的主要活性成分。介绍了沙棘中所含有的黄酮类化合物的组成结构、生理功能以及提取纯化工艺,对国内外研究沙棘中黄酮类化合物所采取的分析检测方法进行了详细的论述,并分析了我国沙棘黄嗣的发展前景。

Abstract:Flavonoids have important biological activities. Sea buckthorn and the products made from it have a lot of flavonoids. The studies were carried out mainly in the composition, structure and physiological functions, and the extraction and purification of sea buckthorn flavonoids. The methodologies of analysis concerned were reviewed elaborately, and the perspective development of sea buckthorn flavonoids in China was studied.
