面向动态联盟的基于ASP制造资源信息系统研究

动态联盟作为敏捷制造的企业组织模式，是21世纪最有竞争力的企业合作模式。文章在分析动态联盟环境对制造资源信息系统要求的基础上，提出了基于应用服务提供商（ASP）的面向动态联盟的制造资源信息系统的总体结构，并讨论了制造资源信息建模、基于Web的分布式制造资源信息共享与协同交互、ASP应用服务的安全管理等关键技术。实践表明，基于ASP模式开展企业制造资源信息系统建设，是实现联盟敏捷制造过程的重要途径之一，它可以充分利用网络发挥社会资源共享优势，尤其是对广大中小型企业的发展有着重要的意义。

Research on the Visual Enterprises Oriented Manufacturing Resource Information System Based on ASP

As enterprises organization mode of Agile Manufacturing, visual enterprises is the most competitive in 21 century. Based on analyzing features of visual enterprises and requirements to manufacturing resource system, the paper presents the whole structure of visual enterprises oriented manufacturing resource system based on Application Service Provider. Some key techniques used in the system are discussed, including modeling of manufacturing resource information, manufacturing resource information sharing and cooperation intersection ,safety management of Application Service etc. It is demonstrated in practice that developing enterprise information system based on ASP mode is one of the important way to realize alliance agility manufacturing, and it is important value to small-and medium-sale enterprises especially because it can share social resources by network.
