磷硼氮型润滑添加剂的制备及摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:以蓖麻油酸为载体,引入磷、硼、氮元素,合成出一种新型的润滑添加剂PBN,对其理化指标进行了测定,并用红外光谱对合成样品进行了表征,同时考察了样品的摩擦学性能.结果表明,样品具有较好的抗磨减摩性、油溶性、抗腐蚀性,是一种综合性能较好的润滑添加剂.

Abstract:P, B, N elements were leaded into caster oil, a kind of new lubrication additives was synthesized. Physicchemical indexes of sample were determined. The synthesis sample was masked by IR spectrum. Its tribological characteristics were investigated. The results show that the sample has good tribological ability, oil dissolution and resistant to corrosion,it is a type of lubrication additive which has good comprehensive characteristics.
