摘    要:大学毕业生就业难是我国现阶段及今后长期面临的重要问题。就业能力不足是我国大学毕业生就业难的核心问题。加强大学生的就业能力开发,弱化文凭教育,使高等教育培养出来的各类人才具有就业能力,从而顺利进入各种不同的劳动领域内就业,是解决我国大学毕业生就业难的根本所在,也是实现人才强国战略的途径。

Abstract:It is an important problem that the graduates have difficulty in obtaining employment at the present stage and for a long time to come in the future in our country. The deficiency of employability is the core question that the graduates obtain employment. We strengthen the development of graduated employability, weaken diploma education, make the graduate obtain employability, and help them east into all kinds of Labor domains. Only by doing so will the graduates resolve the difficulty of employment completely and serve as qualified talents to build the country.
