150t顶底复吹转炉氮氩切换和全程底吹氮气工艺研究

摘    要:在150t顶底复吹转炉上对氮氩切换工艺和全程底吹N2工艺进行了试验研究。结果显示:在试验条件下,采用全程底吹N2工艺,当底吹N2强度不超过0.032 m3.min-1.t-1时,出钢前冶炼终点钢液氮含量为0.0010%左右,与氮氩切换工艺相当。因此对于绝大部分钢种可以利用复吹转炉全程底吹N2的工艺进行冶炼,能够满足钢水质量要求。

Abstract:The change-over from N2 to Ar and whole process bottom blowing N2 were studied by experiments in 150t top-bottom combined blowing converter,and the experimental results showed that the end-point nitrogen content is about 0.0010% which is equivalent to the end-point nitrogen content by change-over from N2 to Ar technology under experimental condition when providing nitrogen flow intensity does not exceed 0.032 m3.min-1.t-1.It was proposed that almost all steel grades could be melted by using whole process bo...
