| 摘 要： | 智能建筑物信息管理系统(IBMS)的核心是系统集成软件。本文结合智能楼字信息管理系统的需要和应用，论述了系统集成总体设计方案、设计目标、软件基本功能和框架，通过合理设计集成和通信接口软件有效地实现了楼控、消防、安保和门禁等各子系统的集中管理、信息共享和联动操作。文中论述了集成软件设计原理和多种数据网关接口关键技术，并给出了详细的软件实现。
