大跨度钢网架与钢桁架组合结构整体提升技术

摘    要:沈阳飞机维修基地新机库项目1号机库屋盖结构由斜放四角锥3层钢网架与钢桁架组合而成,工程跨度大,用钢量大,结构节点复杂,原位安装难度大。为保证工程质量,采用地面拼装完成后整体提升技术进行施工。阐述提升吊点的优化布置,结构的加固,混凝土柱的验算,提升同步控制技术以及质量控制与质量监测技术等要点,最终达到预期的建筑目标。

Abstract:The first hangar roof of the new hangar projects of Shenyang Aircraft Maintenance Base consists of a three-layer diagonal square pyramid grid and steel trusses,whose span is long with complicated joints and large amount of steel is needed.Hence it is very difficult to install insitu.To ensure the quality of the project,after finishing the ground assembling the overall lifting was used.It was expounded the optimal arrangement to enhance the lifting point,structural reinforcement,concrete columns checking,improvement on synchronous control technology,quality control and quality monitoring technology etc.Finally the expected architectural goals were got.
