蜂窝型球面网壳参数化设计

摘    要:介绍蜂窝型球面网壳结构,利用有限元软件ANSYS参数化设计语言APDL,建立蜂窝型即六边形球面网壳模型,提取杆件长度,并对其进行受力分析。结果表明,采用参数化设计方法建立的参数化建模程序为进行不同类型、不同几何参数下蜂窝型球面网壳的受力分析和设计方案比较提供了极大方便;由于网壳只有两类长度相等的杆件,便于工业化大批量生产;同时结构具有良好的建筑视觉效果。

Abstract:It was introduced the honeycomb spherical reticulated shell structure. By using finite element software ANSYS parametric design language (APDL), a honeycomb structure (hexagonal grid) model of the spherical reticulated shell was set up, the rod length was picked up and the force analysis was also carried out. The results show that the parametric modeling programs established by the parametric design method provide great convenience for force analysis and design schemes comparison of honeycomb spheric reticulated shell with different type and geometric parameters. Because only the shells with two sorts of equal length members can be convenient for industrialized mass production. At the same time, the structure has good visual effect of the building.
