广州琶洲PZB1301项目钢结构施工模拟分析

摘    要:广州琶洲PZB1301塔楼(6~19层)东西方向悬挑区域采用钢结构,累计悬挑22m,钢结构施工方案的确定及设计均需要考虑真实过程的施工模拟,根据现场施工条件及形成结构空间刚度要求先制定施工顺序,用有限元MIDAS CIVIL软件进行6~19层施工全过程模拟分析。分析结果反映出关键桁架杆件比原设计时内力增加,从而需增加关键杆件截面,以确保结构安全;说明此类结构进行施工模拟分析是必要的。

Abstract:The region from 6 to 19 floor of Guangzhou Pazhou PZB1301 high-building adopts steel structure in east-west direction, the cumulative cantilever is 22 m. The determination of construction scheme of steel structure and design need to consider construction real process simulation the construction sequence need to established under the construction site conditions and forming the space stiffness of the structure. Using finite element software MIDAS CIVIL the construction whole process of 6 ~ 9 layer is simulated. The calculation results show that the structure during the construction process is component stress and deformation meet the requirements. According to the construction simulation results, the internal force of key truss members increases than that of the original design, and the section of the key member need to increase to ensure the structural safety. Thus, the construction simulation analysis is necessary.
