摘    要:文中从计算流体力学理论出发,对大型电机定子通风结构进行分析,建立了定子径向通风沟内流体运动的微分方程,确定三维流体场的求解区域和边界条件,并进行了数值计算和分析,得到了径向通过沟内的三维流体场的分布。在流体场计算的基础上计算了径向通风沟内各壁面的散热系数,建立定子三维温度场的数学模型并进行计算。将基于三维流体场分析得到的定子温度分布与传统的温度场计算结果及解析法计算的结果和实测值进行比较,证实大型电机定子内流场与温度场存在较强的耦合关系。

Abstract:According to the theory of fluid mechanics, the fluid movement differential equation inside stator radial ventilation ducts is presented, and the solved region as well as boundary conditions of 3D fluid fields is given. The fluid fields are calculated and analyzed, and fluid field distribution inside radial ventilation duct is shown. At the same time, the heat transfer coefficients inside radial ventilation ducts are computed on the basis of calculation of fluid field. The mathematical model and physical model of stator 3D temperature field are established. The stator 3D temperature field is computed and the result is compared respectively with the result calculated by traditional method and tested value.
