| 摘 要： | 韶关发电厂的烟气脱硫,采用了石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺,针对脱硫过程中易出现的GGH结垢、堵塞问题,从结垢的垢样、浆液进行化学分析,以及设备存在的不足和非正常运行方式等多方面,进行GGH结垢、堵塞原因的综合分析,提出了防止的GGH结垢、堵塞的措施,取得了明显的效果,对电厂锅炉的安全和环保运行起到积极的作用.

| Abstract: | The technology of limestone-gypsum desulphating has been adopted in the flue-gas processing of Shaoguan Power Plant.A comprehensive analysis has been carried out in the article on the reasons of GGH scaling and blocking up during desulphating process based on the chemical analysis of scaling sample and slurry.Countermeasures of preventing GGH scaling and blocking up have been put forward so as to protect the boiles from damaging during operation. |
