手工涂覆固体减摩涂层的研究

摘    要:采用MoS2粉末和工业石墨粉为减摩剂,SM-3型金属粘结剂,聚乙烯醇、水玻璃等为粘结剂,用手工涂覆的方法制得了固体减摩涂层,且以SM-3型金属粘结剂的减摩效果最佳。由于此减摩涂层的工艺简单,成本低廉,因此具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The M-oS-2 powder and an industrial graphite are used as an antifriction agent. A metal bonding agent of SM-3 model, polyvinyl alcohol and the sodium silicate are taken as the cohesive agent. Hand coating method makes the solid antifriction layer. However, the metal bonding agent of SM-3 model is regarded as the best one in antifriction. Because this antifriction coating layer is simple in technique and also cheap in cost, this kind of antifriction coating enjoys a good prospect in its application.
