摘    要:随着压力等级和容量的增加,循环流化床锅炉的性能预测受到重视。该文采用单颗粒物料循环精细模型和传热半经验模型对135MWe循环流化床锅炉的部分负荷性能进行了预测,并与实际运行结果进行比较。模型预测结果与实际值吻合颇好,表明该模型是可靠的。图5参13

Abstract:For higher pressure and larger capacity, Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boilers, more attentions were paid on the CFB boiler performance. A general model with semi-empirical heat transfer model was suggested to predict the CFB performance in this paper where the single size particle was used in the material balance. The prediction of a real 135 MWe circulating fluidized bed boiler from this model agree well with the operating performance, which confirms the reliability of the model. Figs 5 and refs 13.
