| 摘 要： | 针对当前我校游泳教学中以竞技游泳姿势技术教学为主,却忽视了游泳运动最本质的东西———“生存技能”培养的缺陷,在大力开展课堂实践活动以及广泛调查的基础上,总结游泳教学活动经验,提出相应的教学改革方案,从而为提高我校的游泳运动水平,为目前我校进行的体育教学改革,为全面开展全民健身运动和我国的“抗洪救灾”工作助一臂之力。

| Abstract: | In light of the defect in swimming teaching in our school which is focused on teaching competitive skills but neglects the essence of swimming -survival skill, the authors summarizes the experiment of swimming teaching and puts forward a teaching reform scheme base on the class practice activities and extensive investigate. This scheme could enhance the swimming level in our school, bring benefit to the reformation of our school's E.P teaching and the People body-building sport. It also could be useful to the work of fighting a flood and relieving the victims of a disaster in our country. |
