摘    要:知识不等于力量,知识的重要性在于力量。教学的首要目的任务是知识内、转化与升华,培育德性,开发智能,成为力量。教师的主导作用是以思引思、以行导行,以德育德,活化思考,促进实践。

Abstract:Knowledge does not mean power, while its significance lies in its power. The chief aim of teaching is to interize , convert and sublimate knowledge so as to develop moral conduction and intelligence. Teacher's leading role is of the thought, of the action, of the moral equation and the feelings which make thinking active and promote practice. It is essential for the creators to apply knowledge and thinking to practice.
