钢管静水压试验端部密封形式的应用探讨

摘    要:简要介绍了钢管静水压试验常用的端面密封和径向密封两种钢管端部密封形式,并对其工艺技术特点进行了比较。对合理采用钢管端部密封形式提出了建议。实践证明只要合理使用各种钢管端部密封形式,就能提高密封圈的使用寿命,且在缩短钢管试压盲区的同时保证盲区质量,减少或避免钢管打弯,取得良好的应用效果。

Abstract:Briefed are the two commonly-used tube-end sealing types during steel tube hydrostatic testing,i.e.,end-face sealing and radial sealing.The technological characteristics of the said two sealing types are compared to each other.Suggestions for how to select appropriate tube-end sealing types are put forward.Relevant operation practice shows that once the right sealing type is used,the sealing ring service life will be increased,the untest-ed section of the tube will be reduced,while the quality of such section assured.,and less tubes or no tube will be bended under the test pressure.The actual application result is satisfactory.
