PQA聚合物水溶性淬火介质的应用研究

摘    要:本文介绍了以聚二醇为基础,加入微量TPN添加剂的PQA水溶性淬火介质。通过对PQA淬火剂的冷却性能和工艺性的研究,证明以一定浓度的PQA取代水和淬火油,可获得满意的淬火效果。

Abstract:This paper deals with a latest developed aqueous soluble polymer quenchant PQA which mainly formulated from polyal kylene glycols with some chemical additive TPN. According to the research on the coiling characteristics and the processing performance of PQA, the conclusion can be acquired that user can obtain good results by replacing water or oil with PQA quenchant.
