| Abstract: | A GaInAsP semiconductor laser diode, with one of its facets Brewster angled was coupled to a Brewster angled rectangular core fibre to obtain an external cavity. Very good coupling efficiency and a high degree of polarisation of the output beam has been obtained.< |
