摘    要:讨论了二次高温拉伸过程中拉伸介质、拉伸倍数、拉伸温度、拉伸速度等工艺条件对干湿法聚丙烯腈原丝的物理机械性能和形态结构的影响。结果表明 ,165℃下 2倍过热蒸汽拉伸得到的纤维强度最高 ,可达 7cN/dtex左右。干热拉伸有利于纤维取向结构的形成 ,蒸汽拉伸有利于纤维结晶结构的形成。经过二次高温拉伸 ,纤维的强度及模量较大幅度提高 ,而断裂伸长率下降很多。

Abstract:The effects of secondary stretching conditions, such as stretch medium, stretch ratio, stretching temperature and speed, on the physicomechanical properties and the morphology of PAN precursor were discussed. The results showed that the fiber had the maximum breaking strength of the order of 7 cN/dtex after overheated steam stretching at astretch ratio of 2 at 165℃. Dry-hot stretching was helpful to the formation of orientated structure, and steam stretching was helpful to the formation of crystalline structure. The fiber was improved greatly in strength and modulus,but the elongation at break was decreased considerably after secondary stretching.
