茶叶提取液中咖啡因的脱除工艺研究

摘    要:以茶叶提取物为原料,以咖啡因和茶多酚的质量分数及茶多酚/咖啡因的质量比为指标,对吸附脱除咖啡因工艺进行研究。通过静态吸附实验筛选出颗粒状活性炭为吸附剂,静态吸附时间为4 h;动态吸附实验表明,脱除咖啡因的工艺条件为:pH为8.00,提取液浓度为12 g/L,流速为4 BV/h。

Abstract:The study was on removal of caffeine from the tea extract, the quality of the mass fraction of caffeine and tea polyphenols and tea polyphenols/caffeine as an indicator. Screened by static adsorption experiments, granular activated carbon was the adsorbent, the time of static adsorption was 4 h. The dynamic adsorption indicated that the granular activated carbon had the best adsorption ability when the pH of the tea extract was 8.00 ,the concentration of the tea extract was 12 g/L and the adsorption current velocity was 4.0 BV/h.
