摘    要:以三乙胺为催化剂,用没食子酸对魔芋葡甘露聚糖(KGM)进行酯化改性,反应条件为:m(KGM)∶m(三乙酰没食子酰氯)=1∶2,反应温度50℃,时间3 h,用饱和乙酸钠的无水乙醇溶液进行脱除乙酰基,得改性KGM,总收率为57.9%。

Abstract:Use triethylamine as catalyst,gallic acid to modify konjac glucomannan(KGM)by esterification reaction,the optimum conditions were as follows:m(KGM)∶ m(triacetyl galloylchloride) was 1∶ 2 under the conditions of 50 ℃,and reaction time was 3.0 h.Triacetyls in the modified product could be partly removed by using sodium acetate method and the total yield was 57.9%.
