电力变压器螺旋线圈磁场分析研究

摘    要:以240 MVA大型电力变压器低压螺旋绕组的实际结构尺寸为例,针对大型电力变压器螺旋线圈引起的扭转变形问题,采用数值积分的方法对变压器实际螺旋线圈中的轴向电流分量对漏磁场及扭转变形的影响进行了分析,给出了螺旋线圈在考虑轴向电流分量时辐向磁场沿线圈高度的分布规律.

Abstract:Discussions are made against torsion deformation of large transformers caused by spiral coil and actual structural examples for 240 MVA low-voltage spiral windings are taken into consideration.Analysis is made by numerical integration method over the influence of axial current component in transformer actual spiral coils on leakage magnetic field.And distribution law of radial magnetic field along coil height for spiral coils is presented in consideration of axial current component.
