碳酸化养护钢渣制备透水砖

摘    要:碳酸化养护钢渣、砂子及石子制备透水砖。钢渣、砂子及石子透水砖的碳酸化增重率集中于6.00%~8.54%之间,并且随着砂子和石子掺入量的增加,钢渣混合试件的碳酸化增重率呈下降趋势。当试件中石子的质量百分比为5%且砂子的掺入量为15%时,碳酸化试件的抗压强度为43.9MPa,并且此种碳酸化试件具有较好的保水性及透水性,分别为2.2g/cm2和1.68×10-2cm/s,满足JC/T945-2005标准。

Abstract:The mixture of curing carbonation steel slag, sand and gravel are prepared to produce water- permeable brick. The mass gain degree of carbonation samples is between 6.00 % and 8.54 %, which is decreased with increase of the mass percentages of sand and gravel. When the mass percentage of sand is 5 % and the mass percentage of gravel is15 %, the compressive strength of carbonation samples is 43.9 MPa. The water retentivity and permeability of carbonation samples is 2.2 g/cm^2 and 1.68 ×10 ^-2 cm/s respectively, which accords with JC/T 945-2005 standard.
