| 摘 要： | 根据当前管理信息系统（MIS）的发展，本文提出了一种MIS新的模式——基于Browser Web体系的管理信息系统。从这种新模式的优势介绍了这种模式的体系结构，并给出了开发一个实例的思路，最后介绍了数据库访问技术。

| Abstract: | According to the current development situation of management information system(MIS),this paper puts forward a new mode of MIS based on BrowserWeb system,and from the advantages of this kind of mode,introduces the system construction of the mode,finally gives the way of thinking of developing an example and introduces technique of database access. |
