摘    要:本文以常见革兰氏阳性菌嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及枯草芽孢杆菌为对象,对比OAA-7与Nisin的抑菌性能,研究发现:OAA-7可在短时间内杀灭嗜热芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌,在实验的120h内可完全抑制三种菌的生长,而Nisin在整个实验过程中未能完全抑制三种菌的生长繁殖,实验72h后抑菌能力下降;相同浓度的OAA-7与Nisin相比抑菌效果更好,活力更为持久。

Abstract:This article researched the antibacterial activity of OAA-7 and Nisin on Bacillus stearother- mophilus, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. We found that OAA-7 can kill Bacillus stearother- mophilus, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis on short time. OAA-7 can inhibit the growth of the three bacteria on 120h, But not Nisin. The bacteriostatic efficacy of OAA-7 was better than that of Nisin.
