| Abstract: | This article introduces the background and design concept of the CITYIF Planning Cloud Platform, shows practical cases based on the Cloud platform, and describes how can CITYIF support offline events and provide online application services through taking use of Internet, Geographic Information System, social perceptions, etc. |
