| 摘 要： | 在对高新技术产业政策评估动因分析的基础上,将高新技术产业政策评估划分为事前评估、事中评估和事后评估3个阶段,对各阶段评估内容进行了系统分析,并提出高新技术产业政策评估标准,给出评估各阶段的评估标准组合,构建出高新技术产业政策评估指标体系.

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the evaluating motivation of hi-tech industry＇ s policy, this paper divides the, valuation of hi-tech industry＇ s policy into three stages ： pre-evaluation, intermediate evaluation and after evaluation ; then, the paper systematically analyses the evaluating contents of each stage, puts forwards the evaluating cri, teria of hi-tech industry＇ s policy, and comes up with the evaluating criteria mix for each evaluation stage ; at last, the paper constructs the index system for evaluating hi-tech industry＇ s policy. |
