半固态ZA27合金等温挤压

摘    要:通过采用电磁搅拌的方法获得等温挤压所需要的半固态ZA27合金试样,从而对试样进行等温挤压,通过分析等温挤压前后ZA27合金显微组织及所需的单位挤压力得出:等温挤压后,挤压件组织都得到了细化,半固态合金挤压件组织比常规铸造合金组织更细小均匀,在本实验条件下,半固态合金的单位挤压力比常规铸造合金减少了1/4~1/5。

Abstract:The semi-solid ZA27 alloy billet which would be used in isothermal extrusion was obtained by the method of electromagnetic stiring and it was extruded by the process of isothermal extrusion.The analysis of the comprison of the ZA27 alloy microstructure and the per unit extrusion force between before and after isothermal extrusion shows that the microstructure of the extrusion workpiece became more fine and uniform than general casting alloy workpiece.In the condition of this experiment,the per unit extrusion force of semi-solid alloy was reduced by 1/4 to 1/5 according to the general casting alloy.
