| 摘 要： | 在信息化教育的今天，多媒体已经成为一种重要的教学手段，所有的课程都可以使用“多媒体课件”来进行辅助教学，于是制作“多媒体教学课件”已成为任课教师的一项重要工作：针对现存多媒体课件制作平台所存在的缺陷，通过使用DEPHI开发一个基于DBSIAM数据库的通用课件制作平台的简单实例．探讨构建一个通用课件制作平台的基本思路。

| Abstract: | With the application of information technology in education, the multimedia has become an unportant teaching methoa and mul- timedia courseware can be used to assist teaching in almost all courses. Therefore, making multimedia courseware becomes an important work for all teachers. According to the drawbacks in existing manufacture platform of multimedia courseware, the article studies the basic thoughts of establishing a general manufacture platform of multimedia courseware through a simple instance of developing general manufacture platform of multimedia courseware based on the DBSIAM database by using DEPHI. |
