无毒增塑剂乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯的合成

用氨基磺酸两步法催化合成乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯。实验确定了最佳工艺条件 :(1 )酯化反应 :以 0 2mol柠檬酸为基准 ,n (柠檬酸 )∶n (正丁醇 ) =1 0∶4 0 ,m(催化剂 ) =1 5g ,t =1 1 0～1 6 0℃ ,t=2 5h ,转化率为 98 2 % ;(2 )乙酰化反应 :以 0 2mol柠檬酸三丁酯为基准 ,n (柠檬酸三丁酯 )∶n (乙酸酐 ) =1 0∶1 5 ,m(催化剂 ) =2 0g ,t =85℃ ,t=1 5h ,乙酰化收率为 91 3%。催化剂易回收 ,可循环使用 ,不污染环境。

Synthesis of Non-toxic Plasticizer Tributyl Acetylcitrate

Tributyl acetylcitrate was prepared in two steps with ami nosulfonic acid as catalyst.The optimun reaction conditions were determined.(1)I n esterification reaction,molar ratio of citric acid to butyl alcohol was 1.0∶4 .0,reaction time wa s 2.5 h at 110～160 ℃,and mass of catalyst was 1.5 g(based on 0.2 mol citri c acid).The yield of esterification reached 98.2%.(2)In acetylation reaction,mol ar ratio of tributyl citrate to acetic anhydride was 1.0∶1.5,reaction time was 1.5 h at 85 ℃,and mass of catalyst was 2 g(based on 0.2 mol tributyl citrate).The yield of acetylation was 91.3%.This catalyst had many advantages,such as easy to be recovered,feasible to be used repeatedly,and less pollution to environment
