摘    要:主要针对焦化装置含硫污水乳化严重及焦粉含量高的特点,从污水来源、乳化原因及焦粉携带等方面进行了深入的分析,通过降低炉管注汽和球阀密封汽量、使用阳离子破乳剂及增设含硫污水反冲洗过滤器等措施,将含硫污水总量降低30%,除油率达到99.6%,焦粉脱除率40%左右,有效地提高了污水质量,降低了含硫污水中污油和焦粉的含量,保证了焦化汽油产品收率,解决了污水汽提塔塔盘积焦积油的问题,实现了污水汽提装置长周期连续平稳运行,减少了环境污染。

Abstract:The sour water from fractionating tower of delayed coking unit was seriously emulsified and entraining high amount of coke breeze. To solve the problem, cause analysis was carried out and countermeasures were proposed. By optimization adjusting the amount of injection steam for furnace tubes and ball valves, the total amount of sour water was reduced about 30%. A cationic demulsifier was applied to enhance the demulsification of sour water and an automatic backwashing filter was installed to remove some of the coke breeze. The application results showed that the removal rates of oil and coke breeze were 99.6% and 40%, respectively. The quality of sour water was improved significantly, which was helpful to ensure the stable operation of sewage stripping tower, thus its running cycle was prolonged. Furthermore, the yield of coker gasoline was increased and the environmental pollution was reduced.
