贯彻落实依法治国方略，推进法治国家进程

党的十五大确立了“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”的治国基本方略,在其“ 五计划建议”中又进一步确认它“是社会主义现代化的重要目标”.本文从依法治国内涵、重要性及如何推进依法治国进程三个方面进行了阐述.

Following Stragedy of Ruling Country by Law, Making Progress of Legal System Country

In the Fifteenth Conference of Chinese Communist Party, our Party makes sure that our basic stragedy for governing country is "to rule the country by law and to build a socialist legal system coun-try. " In the proposal of the Tenth Five-year-Planning, our Party affirms again that it is the important goal of socialist moder-nization. This paper expounds from three aspects on the contents, the importance of ruling country by law and how to do it.
