NWS-1型湿法制酸专用钒催化剂的开发研究

摘    要:针对湿法制酸的工艺特点,通过对钒催化剂载体硅藻土的筛选、精制及钒催化剂配方、制备工艺的改进,研制开发出性能优良的NWS—1型湿法制酸专用钒催化剂。实验室评价和工厂1000h侧流试验结果表明,该钒催化剂具有较高的活性、机械强度和稳定性,能够满足湿法工艺条件下钒催化剂使用性能要求。

Abstract:According to process features of wet sulphuric acid production,NWS-1 vanadium catalyst with excellent performance was developed by screening and refining of diatomite and improving formulation and preparation process.The results of laboratory evaluation and 1 000 h side-stream test in an industrial plant showed that,with higher activity,mechanical strength and stability,NWS-1 vanadium catalyst could meet the performance requirement for vanadium catalyst used in wet sulphuric acid production.
