以某行政村土地整治项目为例,从基础设施条件与土地利用两方面对项目实施条件进行了分析,并结合项目规划目标,对项目建设标准、工地整治布局、施工组织设计等土地整治全周期过程作了论述,以提高土地的利用率。

Analysis on the whole cycle process of rural land management

Taking the administrative village land management project as an example,the paper analyzes the project implementation conditions from two aspects of basic facilities conditions and land utilization,and discusses the whole cycle process of rural land management including pro-ject construction criteria,land management layout and construction organization design by combining with the project planning targets,with a view to improve the land utilization ratio.
