临近既有地下构筑物软土深基坑施工方案研究

以上海外滩国际金融服务中心北地块深基坑为例,针对临近既有地下通道及地下空间的软土深基坑施工问题,从临近地下构筑物的软土深基坑围护结构设计、深基坑施工开挖工艺、施工开挖措施、临近地下构筑物应急措施等方面进行了分析,对国内类似工程具有借鉴意义。

The soft soil deep foundation pit construction project research of exsited underground structure

Taking the deep foundation pit at the north block of the Shanghai Bund International Financial Services Center as an example,aimed at the problem of the construction of deep foundation pit in soft soil where exsited both underpass and underspace,this paper analyzed it from the design of retaining structure of deep foundation pit in soft soil,the process and measures of excavation,and the emergency measures of the near underground structure and all that,which has significance for the similar project.
